Competitive Soccer Programs
Glen Rock United competitive soccer teams are organized by birth year, and all players must be evaluated to be placed on a team. Most age groups typically have two teams.
All of our competitive travel teams practice at least twice a week and are led by certified professional trainers—many of whom also coach at the high school level.

In the fall season, boys’ games are held on Saturdays and girls’ games on Sundays. Our entire club participates in a Columbus Day tournament, and most teams also compete in additional tournaments throughout the season.
Each player receives a personalized uniform with their name printed on the back.
Adult Co-Ed Soccer League
Glen Rock United invites adults aged 19 and older to join the Club’s recreational co-ed soccer league.
We play 7 v 7 on a small size field. Matches are two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break. The season runs for 10 weeks and includes a playoff round. All matches have two certified referees.

League play is offered in both fall and spring, while summer features 8 weeks of low key adult pickup soccer.
Now in its 8th season, our Adult Co-Ed Soccer League is a great way to get back in the game!
Soccer Camps & Summer Programs
Glen Rock United offers a variety of clinics and vacation caps throughout the year in partnership with United Soccer Academy. Our camps are open to all children and provide a fun soccer experience in a positive, engaging environment for players ages 5 through 12 years.

Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.

Our traditional Spring Program offers a full season experience, including training sessions with professional trainers and games against other teams in the program. Spring soccer is open to children Pre-K through 2nd Grade and runs Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-June.
The FC Glen Rock Clinic Plus Program for 1st and 2nd Graders is for children looking to raise the level of their play. This step-up program includes an extra mid-week practice starting mid-March and participation in one or two soccer festivals against other soccer clubs.
Training for all spring programs is provided by United Soccer Academy.
