Adult Pick Up Soccer - Fall 2025
Looking for a low key adult soccer option this fall or want to warm up before your Adult League match? Glen Rock United invites adults aged 19 and older to join us for fall recreational co-ed pick-up soccer! There is no cost for players already registered for the 2025 Fall Adult League. Contact the Adult League Commissioner for a coupon code.
Format: Small size field with Puggs or 6' x 12' goals depending on number of players each week.
Player Eligibility:
- Aged 19 years or older
- Must register and pay using the TeamSnap online registration process - no exceptions
Day/Time/Location/Schedule: Sunday afternoons on the Glen Rock High School Stadium Field from 4:00-5:15pm. The season runs Sunday afternoons for 11 weeks from Sunday, September 7th through Sunday, November 16th. Note - there will be a session on Sunday, October 12 (Columbus Day weekend) if there is enough interest.
Cost: The cost is $50 for the ten-week season which includes field allocation and all match equipment.

Refund Policy: GRU will not refund Adult Fall Pickup Soccer registration fees for any withdrawals, except in extenuating circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the GRU Executive Committee and Adult League Commissioner.
Player Equipment: Players should bring a light and a dark colored shirt to each game. Players are responsible for shorts, cleats, socks & shin guards. Turf shoes and shin guards are highly recommended.
